How to do it
1 Guide step %d Paint a paper plate with A-Color acrylic paint.
2 Guide step %d Make dots with a foam stencil brush and allow to dry.
3 Guide step %d Draw the numbers with a marker (write the numbers 12, 3, 6 and 9 first and then the other numbers). Allow to dry.

(Or use self-adhesive foam rubber numbers instead ...).
4 Guide step %d Draw the hands on black card and cut them out.
5 Guide step %d Push a hole through the middle of the plate using an awl. Also use an awl for making holes in both card hands.
6 Guide step %d Make a coil from a pipe cleaner and push it through the holes on the card hands and the paper plate.
7 Guide step %d Also make a coil on the other end of the pipe cleaner on the back of the paper plate to secure the hands.
A Tip Guide step %d This activity can be used as a class activity at school or in kindergarten or after-school clubs.

Each child can make its own card clock and the teacher could have a large clock on the blackboard.

This process teaches the children how to mix colours, numbers, divide a circle and obviously how to tell the time.
