Club Creativ is our customer club, filled with exciting benefits and discounts for anyone who loves creativity. Membership is free and there is no commitment. This means you can unsubscribe at any time - although we naturally hope you will enjoy being part of the community for a long time.
The club is for private individuals only, and you must be at least 16 years old to become a member.
You are not automatically subscribed to our newsletter. If you would like to receive emails with news, offers and inspiration, you can easily sign up here. or when you create your account as a member of the customer club.

Club Creativ is free to join, and you do not pay anything to be a member.
You earn points every time you make a purchase in the webshop. Under each product, you can see how many points you will earn. Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend and use your earned points on your next order.*
You decide how many points you would like to redeem when you reach the payment page. 1 point = £0.10 discount.
*Not valid on the purchase of gift cards.
When you create an account, you will automatically receive 50 welcome points, which you can use on your next purchase. All points are valid for 12 months.
If you already have a login, you will not receive welcome points.
On My page, you can always see your current points and whether you have points that are about to expire. This is also where you will find your personal profile with your details, track your orders and view your favourites lists.
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you receive them. As you earn points continuously with your purchases, your points may have different expiry dates. When you have points that are about to expire, you can see this on My page.
You can easily find your previous orders on My page - My purchases.
Please contact our customer service here and let us know which email address you registered with. We will help you find a solution.
When you return an item for which you have received points, the points will be deducted from your points balance again. This happens automatically, and you do not need to do anything other than return your item as usual.
You do not automatically receive newsletters, even if you are a member of Club Creativ. If you want to make sure you receive the latest news, special campaign offers and plenty of creative inspiration, you can sign up here.
