Prices
Creativ Company (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time and make corrections as necessary.
VAT
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate, unless specified (exclusive) (books are exempt from VAT).
Specification of goods
Every care is taken to describe and illustrate the products as accurately as possible.
Colour charts are shown within the limitations of the printing process and actual colours may vary.
Delivery time
Delivery to UK addresses is within 5-7 working days (deliveries to Scotland may take longer). If possible all items will be dispatched as a single order, however if any item is “out of stock” this item will be cancelled from your order.
All goods must be signed for on receipt of the consignment.
If your goods have not been delivered after 10 working days please contact us immediately.
Deliveries to educational establishments will only be made during the holiday period if we have confirmation in writing that there will be an authorised person to receive and sign for the consignment.
Return of goods
Unused, unwanted or damaged products may be returned in original packaging to us within 7 working days of receipt. When returning products please include your name, customer number and the invoice/delivery advice note number with the items – this information must be shown on the outside of the package.
Please DO NOT return goods without prior agreement. Any goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging.

Freight charges to Wholesaler and Retailer Customers Ltd will be charged as below.
Creativ Company will pay the delivery charge on all orders over £125 nett. Orders that do not reach the minimum order amount will be subject to a handling charge of £6.50 plus VAT.
Goods delivered remain the property of Creativ Company (UK) Ltd until payment is made in full.
