If you choose to decorate it with colours, remember to follow the instructions so that the colour intensity lasts a long time. Be aware that there is cardboard inside the visor that stiffens it. So if you put it in a washing machine or use it for batik (colour bath), the brim will soften and may become slightly misshapen..
