How to do it
Guide step %d
1   Stem: Weigh approx. 30 g soap and approx. 2.5 g lime dye.

Grapes and apple: Weigh approx. 70 g soap and 0.5 g lime dye.

Orange, strawberry and watermelon: Weigh approx. 100 g soap and 3 g mandarin colour.
Guide step %d
2   Melt the soap in the microwave for around 30 seconds or until the soap has melted. Adult help is recommended because the wax becomes very hot.
Guide step %d
3   Mix the green colour for the stems. The soap mass will solidify relatively quickly. If it becomes too stiff, it can be melted again –even after the colour has been stirred in.
Guide step %d
4   Stir the colour thoroughly into the melted soap mass.
Guide step %d
5   Pour the dye into the mould and allow to dry for around 10 minutes on the edge of a cutting board so that the green dye does not run into the fruit. If the colour runs into the fruit, it can be easily removed with a butter knife/teaspoon after it has solidified. The soap that has been removed can be reused by melting it again.
Guide step %d
6   Melt the orange colour and pour it into the mould.
Guide step %d
7   Allow the soap dry for around 1 hour.
Guide step %d
8   After around 1 hour, the soap can be popped out of the mould. The soap will be fully hardened after a few hours.
Guide step %d
9   If you do not have a microwave, you can melt the soap in a water bath in a pan.
