Create personal candles using three different decoration techniques. Draw designs directly on the candles with candle pens, roll the candles on paint-covered baking paper or dip them in melted colours to create a unique marbling effect. Each candle becomes a work of art in itself that you can use to decorate your home.

How to do it
1 First prepare the tube for use. Remove the large transparent cap and unscrew the other transparent cap. Next, pull out the small white tip.
2 Now screw the smallest cap back on and the tube is ready for use. Remember to cover with the large cap when the tube is not in use.
3 Create a beautiful colour effect on your candles by squirting the pink and light blue colours onto a piece of baking paper as shown in the picture.
4 Roll the candle in the colours until it is covered with paint and allow to dry. The dried colour will be slightly darker, as can be seen on the candle on the right.
5 Create a flower by making five dots in a ring.
6 You can also make dots on the candles. Draw dots directly on the candles with the two candle pens, alternating light blue and pink.
7 Now use the brush to spread the paint from the centre of the dot outwards to make a petal shape. Do the same with all dots.
8 Finish the flower by adding a blue dot in the middle.
9 Melt the candle dye in flakes in a water bath.
10 Pour boiling water into a large bowl until almost filled.
11 Pour the melted candle dye into the bowl of boiling water.
12 Roll one end of the candle around in the water with dye in it.
13 Remove the candle.
14 Roll the other end of the candle around in the water with dye and then remove it. Allow the candle the cool and it is ready to use.
