Dabbing Technique on Glass

If the porcelain item doesn't need to be dishwasher safe after decoration, then A-Color Glass is an obvious choice. This paint is ideal for dabbing on with a foam stencil brush and doesn't need fixing in an oven when dry. The decorated surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

How to do it
1 Wipe the glass prior to decorating to ensure a non-greasy, clean and dry surface. Dab on A-Color Glass paint with a foam stencil brush. Mix several colours; for example blue/green, red/orange and
blue/purple shades etc. A TIP: Use a foam stencil brush per colour and make soft transitions by blending the colours as you go along. This means the colours do not mix immediately. Leave to dry for 24 hours after which the glass product can be wiped with a damp cloth.
