Colourful wooden disc coasters

1 Print out the idea PDF and cut out the stencils. Cut the desired shape for your coaster out of sturdy felt.

2 Place the glitter side face down and add a layer of sticky base onto the other side. Start by covering around a third of the felt strip with the sticky base.

3 Press down the small wooden discs one at a time. Place the wooden discs as close to each other as possible by using wooden discs that best fit the size of the hole to be covered. It’s like doing a puzzle.

4 Continue to add more sticky base, so that there is always enough glue to attach the wooden discs.

5 Fill the entire piece of felt with wooden discs and adjust if necessary by pressing the wooden discs together while the glue is still wet.

6 The wooden discs can also be used for drawing with creative multi markers. For example, use patterns with flowers and colour them in or colour the different discs in your favourite colours.
