Paint papier-mâché masks with A-color All round medium glue lacquer and sprinkle with glitter. You may decorate the masks with sequin ribbon. Make dots using a foam stencil brush dabbed in glue lacquer. Sprinkle the glitter into the wet glue lacquer.

How to do it
1. Paint the masks with A-color Allround medium glue lacquer (in a pattern if you wish).
2. Then sprinkle glitter into the wet glue lacquer.
3. When the glue lacquer is dry, apply another coat of glue lacquer in order to keep the glitter in place.
4. Now make glue lacquer dots on the mask using a foam stencil brush.
5. Sprinkle glitter onto the wet glue lacquer dots and when dry, apply another coat of glue lacquer.
6. Attach sequin ribbon using glue lacquer.
7. Attach a flower stick with cloth tape.
8. Make a coil from floral wire by winding it around a flower stick.
9. Staple the coil onto the mask.
10. Attach a pom-pom at the other end of the coil – you may use a glue gun.
11. Staple the elastic cord onto the mask.
