Create these necklaces and bracelets infused with empowering energies. The jewellery is made with a combination of small rocaille seed beads and beautiful crystals. Tiger’s eye is said to boost personal strength, while honey calcite enhances self-confidence and courage and rose quartz fosters a sense of stability and tranquillity.

How to do it
1 Design your own necklace and bracelet. Measure the desired length of the jewellery elastic around your neck and arm. Add around 15 cm for the knot. Tighten the elastic and secure with a double knot.
2 Cut off the excess elastic around 2 mm from the knot.
