Stone Clay decorated with cute animal designs

Model small bowls or stones in Stone Clay, which has a stone-like finish. Once hardened, they can be decorated with cute animal stickers and colourful marker details. Use the bowls to hold jewellery or small treasures.

How to do it

In addition to the contents of the drawer, you will need these tools from the Craft and Create Modelling box.

Remove half of the contents from the jar and knead it a little to make smooth.

Roll out the clay to around 3-5 mm thick.

Press the cutter into the clay.

Smooth out the edge with your fingers.

Place the bucket of clay upside down and place the flower in the middle on top of it.

Press the sides down around the jar to form a rim on the bowl.

Gently press down on the centre to remove the air and flatten the base of the bowl.

Make another flower bowl and use the excess clay to shape two flat stones.

Allow the items to dry completely until they have a stoney texture. This will take 12-24 hours.

Once they are completely dry, they can be decorated with rub-on stickers. Cut the desired designs out of the sheet.

Remove the protective paper on the back.

Place the design in the desired place and rub until it is transferred to the stone.

Now lift off the paper.

Decorate with multi markers.

Mould small pieces of Foam Clay® and Silk Clay® to decorate the bowls and stones. Roll five small balls for the petals and one ball for the bud. Also mould two teardrop-shaped balls for leaves.
