Guide step %d Measure the circumference of the head and glue the black cardboard (59.4 x 7 cm) together with sticky base.
Guide step %d Print the idea PDF. Cut the different parts out of black and white cardboard.
Guide step %d Remove the protective paper and attach the eyes onto the white circles.
Guide step %d Attach the different parts to the front of the ribbon with sticky base.
Guide step %d Fold in the last centimetre of each wing and glue the wings to each side of the band.
Guide step %d Cut a piece of black A4 cardboard into eight strips to use for the spider version.
Guide step %d Fold each strip as shown.
Guide step %d Glue a new band together and stick four strips on each side with sticky base.
Guide step %d Attach eyes in different colours and sizes to the front.
Guide step %d Cut three pipe cleaners in the middle to use for the spider ring.
Guide step %d Wrap half a pipe cleaner around your finger to the desired size.
Guide step %d Twist the four pipe cleaner halves together in the middle.
Guide step %d Spread out the pipe cleaners to make the spider's eight legs.
Guide step %d Twist the loop around the middle of the legs.
Guide step %d Twist the two loose ends around the middle to secure them.
Guide step %d Add three beads to each leg.
Guide step %d Bend the pipe cleaner into the end so that the beads won't fall off.
Guide step %d Attach eyes onto a large pom-pom.
Guide step %d Attach the spider’s head to the legs with sticky base.
Guide step %d Bend each leg in two places as shown.
Guide step %d Now make jewellery pendants out of fine clay polymer. Knead and soften the clay by hand for around 4 minutes.
Guide step %d Press the clay into the silicone mould. Make sure the clay is pushed into all the details.
Guide step %d Use the eye pin to make a hole in each side of the wings. Twist the pin a few times to make the hole larger. Also make holes for the eyes.
Guide step %d Place the mould with the clay in a preheated oven at 120 degrees and bake for 18 minutes. Then allow the clay to cool.
Guide step %d Press the bats out of the mould and allow to harden for 2-3 hours.
Guide step %d Measure a piece of elastic cord for a necklace. Thread on beads and pull the bat on around halfway.
Guide step %d Once the necklace is the desired length, tie a double knot at the top.
Guide step %d Cut off the ends. The knot can be hidden in a bead. Also make bracelets in different versions.
Guide step %d To make this version of the necklace, pull the elastic cord through the plastic bead twice from the same side. Tighten the cord.
Guide step %d Thread a wooden bead onto the cord, then a plastic bead, again threading the cord through the bead twice. Tighten the cord.
Guide step %d Tie a double knot at the top and cut off the ends. Make a bracelet using the same technique.
