How to do it

Write a name on the place card. Fold it. Decorate it with rhinestones and 'wedding' ribbon, according to your taste, attached with Clear Multi Glue gel.

Make two cuts at the bottom of the heart with scissors. Attach rhinestones and place the heart suspended over the glass.
