Rainbow bracelets from flat plastic beads

1   Cut a piece of coloured elastic cord measuring approx. 35-45 cm depending on your chosen size of the bracelet. Tie a double knot at one end of the elastic cord and thread the beads onto the cord.

2   Take advantage of the design and the different sizes of the beads to make patterns and shapes according to your imagination. You may make, for example, round 'balls' as shown in the photo.

Other variants   Make stripy bracelets with one size of bead per bracelet. Count the beads as you go along for a uniform pattern.

Other variants   You may combine the plastic beads with round wax beads to make the bracelets extra fancy.
