Pot holders with fun designs

1 Choose the design you want to draw and place your hand on the pot holder in keeping with that design. Turn your fingertips up for the chicken, to the side for the fish and for the dinosaur, turn them down towards the pot holder. Trace your hand with a pencil.

2 This is how you draw the dinosaur. Trace your hand with a textile marker and draw the dinosaur's head opposite your thumb.

3 Now use a pencil to add details like eyes, a mouth, cheeks and spikes along its back.

4 Colour in with textile markers and then allow to dry for 6 hours.

5 Place baking paper on top of your design and fix the colours with an iron for approx. 5 minutes (see the manual that comes with the markers).

6 Here the hand has been made into a chicken with eyes, beak and feet.

7 Here, the hand has become a colourful fish with fun details.
