Luminescent Papier-Mâché Ghosts

These glorious papier-mâché ghosts are dabbed with white Plus Color craft paint and then with “Glow in the Dark” luminescent paint which glows when the light is turned off. The more coats of paint – the greater the effect!

How to do it
1 Dab with white Plus Color craft paint. Let it dry.
2 Dab with “Glow in the Dark” luminescent paint. The more coats of paint – the greater the effect.
3 Draw a face and other details with a black marker pen.
