A practical metal carabiner is a pretty clasp for finishing off homemade creations.

Carabiners give your finished creations a professional look. There are several ways to mount a carabiner. The classic solution is to fit an O-ring in the small eye of the lock, and use an O-ring that the lock itself can open and close around. To install the clasp, use different types of jewellery pliers.

For this, a carabiner a great choice, as you can easily attach it to the end of your jewellery with an o-ring. But of course, remember to mount an end cap on the other end of the jewellery – so that the carabiner has something to grip when you close your jewellery.
