The large head on the door is made from two parts that are stapled together along the edge and around a bolt in both sides. Together with the scar that is glued to the forehead, these are cut out freehand. However, the eyes, nose and mouth are made using a printable template (available separately for this idea). All are made from imitation fabric – except a small, flat ball of Foam Clay in both eyes.
