Fairies modelled from Silk Clay and Foam Clay

These fairies have polystyrene hearts covered with Foam Clay for bodies and Silk Clay heads, feet and hands. The arms are made from pipe cleaners – everything is assembled without glue.

How to do it
1 
Cover a polystyrene egg (3.7 cm) with Silk Clay for the head. Add a nose, pointy ears and eyes.

Cover a polystyrene heart (6 cm) with Foam Clay.

Model feet from Silk Clay and place the body onto these.

Place the head onto the body and push two shortened pieces of pipe cleaner with Silk Clay hands inside the body. You may want to add a magic wand as well.
