Coaster in clear bio-resin

Create lasting memories with a personal clear bio-resin cast coaster. Flowers from a wedding a holiday or special everyday objects - you can cast almost anything in resin. Simply mix clear bio-resin cast and hardener 1:1 and pour into the mould. Add personal details such as flowers, beads or colours to create a unique look that preserves life’s most precious memories.

How to do it

Wear disposable gloves while working. Mix 120 g of clear bio-resin cast with 120 g of hardener. It is important that the measurements are precise or the mixture will not harden properly. Gently stir the mixture to prevent air bubbles from forming.

Gently place flowers wherever you want them using tweezers. Press them gently into the mixture.

Pour the resin mixture into the mould until it is completely filled. If the flowers move around, carefully adjust them with tweezers. Allow the resin mixture to harden for at least 24 hours. Note that the mixture is not fully hardened until after 7 days.

Remove the hardened resin from the mould and sand the bottom slightly with fine sandpaper to remove any sharp edges.
