Terms and Conditions for Club Creativ

1. Introduction

Welcome to Creativ Company’s customer club. The customer club, Club Creativ, is operated by Creativ Company (UK) Ltd, with its registered office at 2 Pine Court, Kembrey Park, Swindon, Wiltshire, SNS 8AD.

These terms and conditions apply from 01.02.2026.

We encourage you to read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting them and signing up for our customer club. What is Creativ Company’s customer club?

Our customer club is a free and non-binding rewards programme where you earn points by purchasing products in our webshop. Your earned points can be used on your next purchase in the webshop, where you can obtain a discount by redeeming points.

As a member of the club, you also have the opportunity to receive special benefits, offers and/or campaigns from us via email or SMS. If you are not interested in receiving special benefits or hearing about our campaigns, you can still earn points by logging in. Read more in section 5 “How do we contact you?”.

2. Conditions of membership

When you sign up for Club Creativ, you must create a membership profile with your email address and a self-chosen password at www.cc-craft.co.uk. By doing so, you accept the terms of membership of our customer club, and we create a membership profile in order to administer your membership. You can find this membership profile under [UI]My page[/UI] when you log in.

Any consent to marketing and personalised offers is given separately and is voluntary.

Membership of our customer club is limited to one membership per person aged 16 or over. Your membership is personal and may not be transferred. Your points cannot be transferred to another person.

Membership is limited to private individuals. Companies, associations, public institutions or similar entities making purchases for commercial use or in large quantities cannot obtain membership.

The benefits of the customer club may not be used to obtain financial gain or for resale purposes.

To protect your membership, it is important that you take good care of your login details. As a member, you are responsible for all activity on your membership account. This means that you must ensure that only you have access to your account using your username and password.

We therefore encourage you to use a strong password and to store your login details securely.

 

3. How do I earn points?

As a member of our customer club, you earn points each time you shop at www.cc-craft.co.uk using your login. This also applies to promotional or discounted items. In order to receive points, you must be logged into your membership profile before completing payment.

You earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Your points are registered on your membership profile and can be used on your next purchase. 1 point corresponds to a discount of £0.10, 50 points correspond to £5, and so on.

For example, if you spend £100, you earn 100 points, which gives you £10 off your next purchase.

Points can only be used for purchases on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You do not earn points if you complete a purchase without being logged into your membership profile or when purchasing gift cards. It is also not possible to earn points on purchases that have already been completed.

You do not earn points if, as a member in the United Kingdom, you shop via Creativ Company’s foreign platforms.

 

4. When do my points expire?

If you return an item, the points earned for that item will be deducted from your points balance.

Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you receive them. You can always view your current points balance on your membership profile, where we will also notify you if points are about to expire.

If you cancel your membership of our customer club, you will lose all your earned points. You can read more about the cancellation process at the bottom of this page.

 

5. How do we contact you?

You choose the scope and platforms.

You decide how we may contact you. When signing up for our customer club, you consent, among other things, to us contacting you via email and SMS regarding changes to the club’s terms and conditions. We also encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter so that we can send you targeted information about our products, offers, discounts and special campaigns. If you provide your date of birth, we would also like the opportunity to wish you a happy birthday with a small surprise.

You decide whether you wish to receive marketing and personalised content from us.

We will never request your account details, password or other confidential information via email. If you are unsure whether a message has been sent by us, you may always contact our customer service by email or telephone to confirm.

 

6. Changes to the terms

From time to time, it may be necessary to make minor changes to the customer club’s terms and conditions. If these are small, non-material adjustments that do not negatively affect your membership, we will implement them without prior notice.

You can always read the applicable terms and conditions on this page.

If we find it necessary to make material changes to the terms and conditions, we will notify you in good time before the changes take effect via the email address linked to your membership profile.

If you cannot accept the changes, you may cancel your membership before they take effect. If you remain a member after the changes have come into effect, this will be regarded as your acceptance of the changes.

 

7. Misuse of the customer club

We reserve the right, following a specific and objective assessment, to exclude individuals from our customer club. If we have evidence or reasonable suspicion of misuse of the customer club, including failure to comply with these terms and conditions contrary to our interests, this may result in exclusion. This will also affect your right to continue your membership. If we determine that your membership must be cancelled, your points and profile will be deleted.

 

8. Limitation of liability

We take responsibility for many matters. However, system errors, operational disruptions or other issues beyond our control may sometimes occur on our platforms. In such cases, we are not liable for these errors or any consequences arising from them. This limitation of liability does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

 

9. How do I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership of our customer club, you will lose all your earned points.

If you no longer wish to be part of the customer club, you may cancel your membership by contacting our customer service at admin@cc-craft.co.uk
