Cut a 5 x 5cm piece of blue card and fold at 2.5cm. Cut slits in the lower part and form a tube. Cut into the centre of the cake napkin and cut a round hole. Glue the cake napkin onto the tube. Put this around the glass and hold together with a bow. Decorate with metal dragonflies.

How to do it
Table Decorations Cut a number of blue and pink leaves with a shape cutter using the template and spread these across the table. Save one or two for placing on top of the napkins.
