At Creativ Company you always get cheap shipping. On the other hand, if you buy for £30.00 incl. VAT or more, we save you the shipping costs for delivery. (Only applies to private customers).

The buyer shall check the goods at time of delivery and notify us within 7 days of signed receipt to enable credit or refund. Damages will require photographic evidence before any credit may be issued. Unused, unwanted and undamaged products in the original packaging may be returned to us within 30 working days and must be authorised in writing prior to retuning goods. When returning products please include your name, customer number and the invoice/delivery note number with the returning items – this information must be shown on the outside of the package.
