Mosaics & Graphics on black-painted Pencil Holder & Collage Frame

The picture on one side of the pencil holder and the collage frame are decorated with neon coloured mosaic stones and wiggle eyes placed in the filler. Both are painted with black Plus Color craft paint. When dry, use Uni Posca markers for graphics.

How to do it
1.
Spread a thick layer of black mosaic filler in the frame recess of the pencil holder and/or the collage frame.
2.
Push the neon coloured mosaic stones and the wiggle eyes into the frame filled with mosaic filler. Remove excess filler from the frame and let it dry.
3.
Paint the pencil holder/collage frame with black Plus Color paint and let it dry. Use Uni Posca markers for adding graphic details onto the mosaic decorated front.
4.
Attach a self-adhesive picture hanger onto the back of the collage frame.
