How to sew buttonhole stitches on felt

You can sew Felt together using decorative buttonhole stitching. Start by piercing the needle through both felt layers a short distance from the edge where you want to attach them. Pull the thread – but before it is pulled all the way through, stick the needle through the eyelet and pull it tight.
