How to do it

Cut a velvet ribbon into 20 cm long pieces. Gather the ribbon by sewing up and down with tacking stitches along the edge. Tighten to make a round flower and tie a knot.

Glue buttons onto the flower using a glue gun and then glue the finished flower onto the hair band.

Also glue the finished flowers onto the hair clips.
