Birthday place cards

Two candlesticks are painted with gold paint. Glue is applied to the tip of a white goose feather which is sprinkled with gold glitter. It is then tied onto the rolled-up napkin. A feather decorated in the same manner is used for a place card with a manilla tag tied on with a satin ribbon at one end.
