Candle Holders with Napkin Decoupage

Candle holders decoupaged with napkins and semi-circular pearls made with Gloss Gel.

How to do it
1. Cut the napkins to the desired size.
2. Divide the napkin – only use the outer thin layer.
3. Brush decoupage lacquer onto the candle holder and carefully attach the napkin.
4. When dry, brush on another layer of decoupage lacquer.
