How to do it

Mark the middle of six weaving paper strips.

Place and weave as shown with a bit of space in between.

Glue the strips together with E-Z adhesive runner where they overlap.

Twist the two strips nearest each other in each corner half a turn and glue the ends together. Make another star just like this one.
