A Papier-Mâché Christmas Tree with Decoupage

1.   Paint the two top cones of the Christmas tree with off white Plus Color craft paint. Paint the bottom cone with bordeaux Plus Color craft paint.

2.   Cut the decoupage paper into small pieces and glue them onto the two top cones of the Christmas tree using decoupage lacquer.

3.   Attach double-sided adhesive tape to the underside of the pompom ribbon or lace border.
