Attach double-sided adhesive tape to the weaving paper strips.

Attach the weaving paper strips to the cone in a criss-cross pattern.
3.
Trim the weaving paper strips.
4.
Assemble the cone with double-sided adhesive tape.

Attach double-sided adhesive onto another weaving paper strip and place the handle of the cone on top.

Trim the weaving paper strip according to the length of the handle.
7.
Attach the handle onto the cone with double-sided adhesive tape.

Cut a piece of string measuring approx. 2m. Wrap approx. 1.5m of the string around four fingers.

With the remaining 0.5m wrap this around one, leaving a small loop at the top.

Pull the end of the string through a needle and push it through the loop at the top.

Push the needle through the loop a couple of times.

Feed the needle on the tassel through the cone and glue it onto the inside of the cone at the bottom. Cut off the excess string.

Arrange four weaving paper strips in a square by pulling the strips alternately outside and into the adjacent strip.

Take one top strip and bend down over the other strips. Proceed like this with all four strips all the way around.
15.
Lock the last strip by inserting it into and under the first strip and pulling it through.

Take the strip on the left and bend it backwards to the left, and press it down.
17.
- and then bend it forwards. It will look like two triangular roofs.
18.
Bend these two triangles together.
19.
Lock by pulling the strip through.
20.
Continue like this on the opposite side.
21.
Cut off the ends as close to the star as possible.
22.
Attach the flat star onto the cone using double-sided adhesive tape.
