Creativ Company receives more awards

On 19 November 2009 Creativ Company was voted the 4th most popular place to work in Denmark. This is the third time they have received this award and as an additional honour Creativ Company also received the prestigious award for multiplicity.

The Best Place to Work award is run entirely independently by the Work Institute Denmark and this year 130 companies participated in the survey and every one of the Creativ Company employees was very proud to receive this important award.

The Great Place to Work Institute in cooperation with the Working and Family Life Institute and Center of Balance considered three companies who had drawn special attention to themselves for the award and this year McDonald’s and Novozymes, Creativ Company were all nominated.

Creativ Company was the clear winner.

The argument was that Creativ Company made an outstanding effort for all its employees by providing special working conditions, special benefits and above all a happy working environment. Approximately 10-15% of the employees work flexible hours and light duties and furthermore Creativ Company has established an internet based jobcentre where trainees with special needs can be seen as a role model to other workplaces.

Awards

2007 Creativ Company awarded Multiplicity Company of the year award. Chairman Mr Peter Nørgaard was particularly pleased to receive this award because Creativ Company was still developing and establishing its “working culture and operating style”.

Over the last four years Creativ Company has participated in the competition and has consistently been listed in the top contenders – for example

2006 – 15th place
2007 – 5th place
2008 – 3rd place

The Great Place to Work model necessitates participating companies to have confidence in itself and have confidence in its people – the survey measures values, credibility, respect, justice and pride.
