Paint the frame with plus color silver.

Dab plus color black on a stamp.

Press the stamp on to the wooden frame.

Dab paint on sequins and put them on the frame.

Cut out hard foil so it matches the size of the frame.

Put a picture and then the hard foil on the backing of the frame.

Put on the backing.
