Paint the tray, try to avoid painting the bottum.

Part different napkins in three and use the top part with print.

Tear the napkin into pieces.

Brush with decoupage lacquer on a small part of the tray at the time, put on the pieces of napkin and brush on top using decoupage lacquer.

Finally brush on more time with the decoupage lacquer.
