Terms and Conditions PRICES Creativ Company (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at anytime and make corrections for errors and omissions as necessary. VAT Prices are shown inclusive and (exclusive) of VAT at the current rate (books are exempt from VAT). SPECIFICATION OF GOODS Every care is taken to describe and illustrate the products as accurately as possible. Colour charts are shown within the limitations of the printing process and actual colours may vary. DELIVERY TIME Delivery to UK addresses is estimated at 3-6 working days (deliveries to Scotland may take longer). If possible all items will be dispatched as a single order, however if any item is “out of stock” this item will be cancelled from your order. All goods must be signed for on receipt of the consignment. If your goods have not been delivered after 10 working days please contact us immediately. Deliveries to educational establishments will only be made during the holiday period if we have confirmation in writing that there will be an authorised person to receive and sign for the consignment. RETURN OF GOODS Unused, unwanted and undamaged products may be returned free of charge if notified to our Swindon office by telephone (01793 616068), fax (01793 496840) or email www.cc-craft.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Goods for return will be collected by our carriers for return to our warehouse. DO NOT return goods without prior agreement. Any goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging. When returning goods you must include your name, customer number and the invoice/delivery advice note number with the goods – this information must be shown on the outside of the package.
