Following 10 fantastic years of trading our company now has 125 employees including partners in 6 European countries and our own factory in China. Our ambition is to offer great employee benefits, respect to our environment and simply to be the best in the industry.
Products and ideas
Each of our products is carefully chosen to deliver FUN and JOY to crafters and artists of all ages - this is achieved by building special relationships with suppliers and manufacturers across the world to enable us to continually develop new products and designs to meet the needs of our global customer base.

Our vision is to create a unique workplace with a warm and family atmosphere and we have won a number of prestigious awards including being voted the 9th best workplace in Europe in May 2010. In addition we are recognized to be an “inspiring employer” where our workers are proud to work.
Social responsibility
An important part of our culture is to maintain and develop the highest possible level of social responsibility and we have a very open recruitment policy that takes an active interest to help and develop all our staff. We work very closely with our local community and Creativ Company has a Service Centre giving approximately 15 people with learning difficulties the opportunity to have practical training and advice how to achieve job qualifications suitable for the work place.
