Thread the wire through the holes of the thickest end of the strips, put an 8mm bead on the wire and thread the wire back through the same hole. Then you have both wires on the same side of the hole. Adjust one of the wires so it measures 3cm - gather the two wires, thread a 3mm bead and a crimp bead, press the strips tightly together and squeeze the crimp bead flat. Finally cut off the excess wire so you only have a single long wire left.

Squeeze the top crimp bead flat.
Press the strips tight together and squeeze the crimp bead flat. Cut off the extra wire.
Add a thread to the noose for hanging and unfold the bauble (this may require a little practice). Enjoy!
